vista was installed on my computer when i used backup disks from future shop, but i had win 7 on computer originally. Help?

I'd suggest you take it back to the store you got the disks from and explain what happened.  They should replace the disks with ones that have Windows 7 on them.

When you get your PC back you should create a system image backup. It's pretty painless if you follow these instructions.
