I Bough a ps3 from you guys, about 8mounths ago...It doesnt work enymore...can I get a new one

Have you tried contacting Sony Customer Support?

Did you purchase the Product Service Plan with your console?

If not, you're going to need to contact Sony as JS recommended. Their contact information can be found inside your PS3's manual or on their website as well.

If you do have our Product Service Plan coverage, bring it by your local Future Shop and we will ship it out for you. If it's a major repair that needs to be done, then that will count as one of your three repairs before we give you a brand new one as per our "No Lemon Guarantee".
