That's going to be a hard one to find.  My best suggestion is to go to your local electronics repair shop.  They sometimes have ways to source things that are no longer very common.

If you are in TO. you can go to (competitor).  I brought my turntable there one sunny Saturday morning last year and got a free tune up.
