I was just wondering if Futureshop would allow a price match, the save $10 when you buy both, and the $5 coupons for Toy Story 1 & 2? (competitor) has it listed at $26.99 which would mean with all the savings I could scoop up both for $40.

don't forget about the promotion if you already own the Toy Story movies on DVD.
That's $10 each.
I presume we can stack the coupons?
Which would mean:
$10 for already owning
$5 for standard Disney coupon
$5 for buying both
Which would mean $20 off each movie?
I'm totally cool with that ![]()

I would also add the following question, and hopefully it gets responsed to before tomorrow, so I can keep my business at future shop.
But Disney is also offering a DVD to BLURAY upgrade coupon for each movie, will you guys honour that as well as the other two coupons mentioned earlier. There are numerous reports online that some of your competitiors will be doing so, but I would like some clarification from future shop. Thanks.

Just wanted to clarify that a customer is allowed ONE manufacturer's coupon and ONE store coupon.(in this case, the buy both and get $10 off promo)
Basically we can choose between getting the $5 off coupon in conjunction with the $10 off store promo or if you have the previous DVD versions, you can use the $10 off upgrade coupon from disney movie rewards in conjunction with the $10 off store promo.
Hope that helps.

So, this is getting confusing (or just a little bit). From what I understand here is how the transaction should look like:
Current DVD owners with $10 coupon
Toy Story 1= $28.99
Toy Story 2= $28.99
TS1 Coupon= -$10.00
TS2 Coupon= -$10.00
Promo Deal= -$10.00
Grand total= $27.98
Those who don't own the current DVD
Toy Story 1= $28.99
Toy Story 2= $28.99
TS1 Coupon= -$5.00
TS2 Coupon= -$5.00
Promo Deal= -$10.00
Grand total= $37.98
What we can NOT do
Toy Story 1= $28.99
Toy Story 2= $28.99
TS1 Coupon 1= -$10.00
TS1 Coupon 2= -$5.00
TS2 Coupon 1= -$10.00
TS2 Coupon 2= -$5.00
Promo Deal= -$10.00
Grand total= $17.98
So, hopefully this makes sense and hopefully these deals are passed on to store associates, cause I hate it when there's confusion among store staff.

I am having a similar problem except their excuse is that they can't enter two coupons in the SAME purchase even though the coupons are for different movies and that's what the store manager said. I'm going to try a differen FS after work and hopefully they aren't so incompetent as the last store.

I had the same issue. This is bad customer service since the coupon is being advertised here by Brana for us to download and now you go into the store and the refuse the coupon.
There really need to be better communication. I just left and told them I will take my business else where. They just said ok. It looks like Futureshop doesn't appreciate my business almost every week if they can just say something like that. They could at least say we can follow up with head office or something.

This doesn't make sense, I think these store managers are trying to swindle us out of a deal. Why don't they just price match the $28.99 down to $18.99, then apply the $10 off promo. From the days of working for the sister company, I would say this is pretty simple. I guess I'm not going picking this up from my FS, got a friend who's an assistant manager at one of the competitors and I know he'll honour these coupons as he's done so in the past for me.

Yeah for this I'll actually go to the competition which is accepting the coupons with their own instore promo. Since I already read in other forums about this
