Last month, I took my 360 to future shop for repairs (product service plan). I believe they put a new motherboard in or something like that.
But this week, my 360 red ringed. So I took it back to future shop and they said I need to send it to microsoft for repairs or a replacement.
SO, having future shop open my xbox last month, does the void the warrenty given by microsoft?
Thank you for your help!

Future Shop sends your 360 to a repair depot authorized to service XBox 360 consoles. Having them perform a repair should not affect your warranty.
Having said that, it couldn't hurt to ship a copy of your previous repair info with your 360, or mention that it had been fixed to the XBox representative when you speak to them on the phone, so they can make a note of it.

Nope, because FutureShop is an authorized repair depot. If Microsoft refuses to open the 360 because they thing you may have opened it, then tell them that FutureShop opened it for repairs. They may need your ticket # from FutureShop.
Alternately, you can always have FutureShop send it into Microsoft. It may take a few days longer to get your 360 back, but at least you'll be taken care of.
