my HP dv9500 laptop lost all the program. And i also didn't had the backup disk. How can i upgrade my windown?

The laptops nowadays come with a built-in recovery partition.  On HP units you can access it by pressing F11 when it's booting up.  If that doesn't work, you will need to get a set of recovery disks to reinstall the original Windows and software from either HP or your nearest Futureshop location.  The other (less appealing)option is to purchase a new copy of Windows and use the disk you get with it.
