Hi,
I bought a pair of Jensen WBB103C wireless headphones and I don't know how to connect its mic to my computer! I hear the sound but I don't have any idea how I can connect also the mic! Anyone knows??

I've never tried one, but from what I've been reading online most people have no issues pairing their headphone and microphone from this set to their computer using bluetooth. They do have to be paired separately, but it has worked fine for most people. Have you tried pairing just the microphone to the computer?

Yes...I tried that...instead inserting the audio jack in audio-out slot, I inserted in mic slot...and nothing....I tell you again that I have just one transmitter with just one connection to computer audio jacks....so it is impossible to connect both the speakers(from headphones) and the mic.....I don't know how it works with a phone....but with a PC seems that it is not working! Anyway...I switched the slots(Audio-out to mic) and I don't have signal from my mic to my computer! I'm sure that exists a solution......but maybe someone will know!![]()

Ah, that may be a limitation with the transmitter. Everyone I've read comments from said their mic worked great by using the bluetooth wireless connection straight from the headset to the PC. If your computer supports bluetooth on it's own, I would recommend you try it without the transmitter at all. If it doesn't, maybe you could look into getting a bluetooth adapter for your computer. Other than that, I can't think of anything without actually trying a set myself.

Maybe someone has the same issue with this model of headset! I hope that someone knows where it is the problem! ![]()

If you haven't already figured out the problem in the last ten days, here's what you need to know.
The headset uses Bluetooth to interact with other Bluetooth devices. The transmitter that comes with it, happens to be a Bluetooth device that supports the Bluetooth stereo headphone profile (and only that profile). That lets you plug the transmitter into the headphone jack of any non-Bluetooth-enabled device (such as an MP3 player) and listen to the audio through the Jensen headset.
However, if you want to be able to use this with your computer as a Bluetooth-connected headset (ie. headphones and microphone), then you need to equip your computer with a different Bluetooth adapter that supports more than just the stereo headphone profile. You can buy Bluetooth USB adapters for PCs if your PC does not have Bluetooth built in.
Many current cell phones with built-in Bluetooth will support the Jensen headset as both a headset (usually mono audio + mic) and as stereo headphones, switching between the two profiles depending on whether you're making/receiving a call, or listening to music.
