Hi there, I'm assuming you're referring to finger prints on the screen and shiny components of the laptop, correct? If so, I've found that the best method to clean them is to use a microfibre cloth that is slightly moistened with water (be sure to ring out the excess water from the cloth). If the laptop is particularly dirty and water doesn't help, you can use those Windex wipes or you can lightly spray a cloth with Windex and wipe the computer clean (do not use products with ammonia or alcohol - I like the Multitask version with Vinegar for this).
