1.1 Sign in to the Community

1.2 Select the category where you would like to post your question.

1.3 Click on the "New Message" button at the top of your screen underneath the Future Shop logo.

1.4 Compose your message (several different formatting options are available including spell check) and enter a descriptive message subject.

1.5 You can also create a post using the HTML editor if you are familiar with coding.

1.6 You can preview your post before submitting it to make sure that it is formatted properly.

1.7 Once satisfied with your message, select "Submit Post".  You can also choose to select the "Email me if someone replies to this thread" or to "Keep this message at the top of the board list" (this is only for yourprofile, the rest of the community will not see this message floated).
